V-Loc Makes Fine Grading Easy.
Three main components of a the V-Loc system, the V-Loc, the hydraulic valve, and the laser controls combine to create an accurate grade. It turns your skid steer or track loader into a true fine grading laser dozer. The benefits are greater accuracy and better results.
Here's how it works
The dozer blade is held in place with our patented V-Loc system.
A rotating laser is set for a desired grade. The rotating beam of laser light is read by the laser receiver which is mounted on the mast pole.
The beam's location is sent to the control panel which interprets where the beam of light is, in relation to grade.
The control panel then tells the hydraulic valve to adjust the dozer blade up, or down, to keep the receiver on grade. This same sequence happens many times a second.

It is a visual development that is directly conceived as an intuited object of thought. The very existence of the V-Loc System is a patented invention that utilizes a unique method to laser grade. It was born from a vision, a revelation that Mr. Armas had back in the year 2006, within a few years he was awarded the patent (February 2012) where he then manufactured and installed it on his very own CAT 267B. The rest is history in the making.
We have put together eight unique machines that are top of the line in track loaders & skid steers, to represent our vision of upcoming installations using our innovative and revolutionary V-Loc System. Every machine calls for its very own and unique custom made V-Loc bracket, hydraulic valve placement, fittings and hoses.
We will be unveiling one of these machines in the world of concrete 2015 fully installed and operational.
